Shannon Edwards is a Portland-based writer and curator. Edwards is the Curatorial Intern at DISJECTA and part of the IPRC's 2018-2019 Prose Certificate Program Cohort. Edwards moved to the bustling Pacific Northwest in 2016 from Northern California because San Francisco was too expensive and smells like pee. Edwards has an impressive cache of stories due to the fact that she indulges every impulse so long as the outcome is funny. An aspiring adult, she compensates for her lack of life experience with irreverence and precocity. She hates talking in the third person.
